This agent is not very good. Difficult to get information about the trip and also the information given is incorrect. ( you are not sure what you are getting for your money until last minute) We were flying to Amsterdam and Berlin . The voucher mentioned we are allowed 20 kg baggage allowance Dubai to Amsterdam and Berlin to Dubai ( 20 kg each sector) . . I checked with the airline and they confirmed its 30 kg + hand baggage . But when I double checked with holiday factory they still confirmed its 20 kg. This 10 kg difference is a big disadvantage for the passenger .
The holiday factory customer service not upto satisfaction and better improve on that .
