First child: white foods--milk, mashed potatoes, egg fried rice ... clam chowder. Shrimp fried rice. Normally I don't eat shrimp, but looking at the first scan I thought 'he looks like a little shrimp' and shortly after that we ordered a takeaway and I saw the shrimp fried rice and that was what I wanted. First son was allergic to cows milk, probably because he was exposed to so much of it. He never liked shrimp. Second son drank milk by the liter; we had to put him on skim. Second child: orange juice. Bought liters of the stuff. He never liked it, but first born son drank it by the liter; we had to cut him off because he develope acidosis. Conclusion: listen to your body when you are pregnant. It knows what it needs. Keep an eye on what the kids are drinking, though!
