I had my little girl a little over 3 months ago. I expressed milk as I started working. I now have an excess as she is not finishing all the bags. I was wondering where I can donate it as it is all frozen. If anybody needs it please PM me as I may start throwing it

I am due to get an enema again today what should i do. Should i go back or cancel?
I have been feeling better since that last enema.

I went to the dietician at NMC, Dr. Fiji Antony weight loss and she said that enemas would certainly help.
Besides, having an enema at home will be a problem with the kids so if you have had an enema somewhere in some hospital please do reply where you had it.
And having one at home by yourself is quite tough.
