All the areas where you mentioned are not very far from the arch other. There are a great many apartment buildings, complexes, villa clusters and gated communities where you and the lil ones will be able to stay comfortably. You can try google maps and street view for more information. And you will find great many schools in your preferred curriculum too around these areas, however not having to drive to be able to reach school will be a problem. The schools here have quality transportation services which is well monitored by school and law, you won't have to worry much.
