In Mirdif City Center, there's Tavola, Home Center and Clas Ohslon and I really like their products in general and I think they have a wide range of bakery items maybe you will find what you need.

I've been in Dubai for 2 years now. Ever since I move here I've lived in Mirdif. Mirdif is nice if you have kids or if your kids school is in Mirdif area. Everything is just around you, parks, mall and super markets. It is very good for families, quiet neighborhood mainly villas.
