Hey, I have never heard that hypeerpigmentation can be caused from hair colour, not that its not true, just never heard about that. I am a skincare therapist and I highly recommend Pevonia skincare products. This is a salon exclusive product, for first time Id say go to a salon/spa for advice from the therapist as they can see your skin and analysis it better. But for pigmentation issues, especially hyperpigmentation the Lumafirm Freeze Dried Treatment is the best option. Also, the Lumafirm Line and DNA and Diacetyl Boldine serum and cream may also be helpful in evening the pigmentation and skin tone in the skin again.
