Hi there, I'm from USA but have lived in Dubai for quite long know. When I was first moving here I was also pretty concerned by the fact that what clothing will I have to wear in a place where 113 °F is the normal temperature. But to be very honest, Dubai was nothing like I thought it would be. As Rhea said, If you stay indoors there are air conditioners everywhere and you start feeling cold and need some cover up so its best to keep some wraps or shawls with you. For outdoors, you can buy summer dresses and clothing which is of light fabric but is not revealing and covers your body. My clothing issue has been solved by an online store. It's name is [url=Elabelz'>https://www.elabelz.com[/url'> and it provides the best suitable and latest trendy clothing in the Middle Eastern region. Be sure to check out the dresses, tops, and other articles of clothing at this site. Hope it will be helpful for you.

Summer requires a little extra skin care. What I do is use sun screen for the times when i'm going out in the sun. Other than that I like to stay hydrated as much as possible. Keeping a bottle of water with a hint of lemon in it with you helps to not only cleanse your body from the inside but also keep your skin nice and hydrated too

Anxiety is a very bad thing to feel and many people around the globe suffer from panic attacks, anxiety attacks and other issues. As a sufferer myself, I would give the following things to try to anyone who is also suffering from anxiety: 1. Breathing exercises 2. Water therapy 3. Meditation 4. Yoga 5. Exercise 6. Reading 7. Listening to Calm.com music
