Came across your comments about being a Magnolia owner. We also purchased an apartment with them and wondering what you have managed to find out. I have just checked the RERA web-site and the progress is still the same for the last 2 years. We keep on phoning for updates and they keep on saying they starting "this month". We are considering cancelling the contract and getting our money back, as the contract states that you can do! I'm not on this web-site often. Any info will be great. Our e-mail is [email protected].
