Anyone who knows biologic treatment for my 14 year old son who is suffering from Ankylosing SPondylitis. Humira injection was rejected by insurance as they said it is not appropriate for minor people. Anyone who are in the same situation please we need your advise.
My son is recently diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, he is just 14yrs old. He was advised to be injected with Humira. We have been to different hospital for check up & all. Humira is very expensive & I don't know how we can provide him with the medication. Anyone who knows any institution who can help? I am living in Dubai with my daughter & my son & we are like devastated in this situation.
