I second that. I've been in living and working in Dubai for 5 years now and both my 1st&2nd employer never gave a salary increase. On top of they denied my career growth.
I know of few acquaintances who have faced the similar situation and even worse. Employers don't treat employees well in many organizations in this part of the world
