You may want to try also this low fat recipe for a chocolate cake. You should take only one slice;) Low FaT Chocolate loaf cake Seves: 10 slices 1 ½ cup self raising flour 2 eggs whites ½ cup sugar ½ cup apple sauce (commercial) ½ teaspoon bicarb soda 2 tablespoons cocoa powder ½ cup skimmed milk Preheat oven 180 C. Beat eggs white and sugar for 1 minute. Mix carb soda with apple sauce (it will froth) then add to bowl. Do not BEAT but gently fold in flour and sifted cocoa alternatively with milk till all ingredients are combined. Pour in loaf tin that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake 30-35 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed in the center.

Serves 10 2 cups self rising flour 2 eggs white ½ cup sugar ½ cup apple sauce (commercial) ½ cup (50gr) chocolate chips (if you find low fat, better) ½ cup skimmed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¾ teaspoon bicarb soda Preheat oven 200 C. Prepare 10 cup muffins. Beat eggs white, essence and sugar for 1 minute. Mix carb soda with apple sauce (it will froth) then add to bowl. Do not BEAT but gently fold in flour and chocolate chips alternatively with milk till all ingredients are combined. Spoon mixture into prepared muffins cups equally divided into 10. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.

They sell one at Boots which is very affordable and fairly good for emergencies (only). But if serves the purpose quite well.

I live in JBR very happy. I don´t have sleepless nights. I hear some noises hear and there, but it doesn´t bother me at all. For me it´s the best place I´ve lived in Dubai. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Nice breeze all the time. Fresher than anywhere else. Lively atmosphere all day long. People around. Coffees, restaurants, supermarkets, all within walking distance. Long walks around the Walk, the Marina, ... wonderful sea view from my apartment... If you are a city person, this is your place. If you are more like a quiet & peaceful residential area person, then this is not for you. the only thing that bothers us a little is the traffic during the weekends, but we deal with it. Some other areas, like the 5th interchange towards Lakes and Springs is congested on a daily basis at peak hour. so... I hope you can enjoy all the advantages of living here. The disadvantages are not that bad ;)

they cover almost everything with no problems. but they don´t cover dermatology for instance, unless your skin is falling apart, which I find ridiculous. they have reduced some ginecology issues as well. they also have an online chat to make all consultations. I never call uk, I chat online.

You can run your party as well. The plots are sold online but you have to do it yourself. I have a plot if you want to borrow. It´s for six people only. I went last week to the outlet mall, and the "illegal" underpass is open again ;;)) good luck finding your shoes. I second payless. no leather shoes, though, but worth the visit. they are on sale now. I got a pair of boots at 59 AED (they were 175 before)

Accupunture is a good complement if you are dieting, but it doesn´t help you to loose weigth if you are not following a diet and/or doing exercise. It helps you to eliminate liquids, detox and purify your body, accelerate your metabolism, ... I would recommend it **as long as ** you are serious about the diet-exercise. Otherwise it is a waste of time and money. Good luck !
