I have been taking my LO's to TOPTOTS for years now. Both my kids have loved it as have I. I've made some of my best friends there and in my opinion it's by far the most comprehensive mother-child program out there. They work on all areas of development and they have a lovely garden for the kids too. I can't recommend TOPTOTS highly enough. They're located in Umm Suquim at Health Bay Polyclinic.
