Hi. Found your post after doing a search for Kites Relocations. We used them back in June to relocate back to Ireland and all was fine ( we got our shipment at the end of July). However today I received an email from their shipping partner in Ireland saying that they have been unable to retrieve their payment for the local shipping, customs clearance and delivery from Kites and are therefore looking for us to pay this (€700)!!! As you say they do seem to have disappeared, their website has gone and the Facebook page too. If your friend has any idea what company they were partnered with in Australia, she may be able to find out more. Not sure how we stand on whether we should have to pay the Irish company...any thoughts?? We have already paid Kites for the aforementioned as all included in our quotation so it is not really our responsibility if the company has gone under....???
