Just to add: the type of contract, non renewable in this case, doesnt have any value until unless its accompanied by one year legal notice to vacate.

You need to see RERA guidelines. Even if wants to sell He has to give you notice of one year that too through Notary Public. Nothing less. I have just gone through similar nonsense and the only rescue is to know your rights. Type on contract/vacating letter etc etc doesn't hold value until unless its is done through legal channel as prescribed by RERA. Tell him about the one year legal notice and as soon as he will understand that you know the law he will change his stance. Good luck!

I was a working mum with my firstborn. Use to keep my legs up and drink sufficient water (or thats what I thought wuld help). I had so much water retention and I ballooned up. Feet went 2 sizes up! but here comes the trick with my new baby, I did follow my doc's advice. I totally stopped salt (okay not totally but major cut down) and drank minimum 3 to 4 ltrs of water. Trust me it worked like wonders. I delivered 6 weeks back and I am atleast 2 kilos above my last kids after delivery weight but I look half the size. Absolutely no swelling! Forget about everything else just drink water in plenty and forget salt for a while. Trust me it works!

I just took a test at home today (same symptoms as yours and next period date is tomorrow) and it was positive. Agree with glenfiddich that may be higher level of HCG is already present so just go ahead and take a test and relax!

Help, I am trying to locate any good repair center for my luggage! I bought my american tourister just over a year ago and now the strolley has come out. I went on sites for American Tourister and Carlton. AT doesn't have any repair center in UAE and Carlton's company number in Jebelali is not in service. With holidays just around the corner, I want to fix my existing luggage, instead of going and buying a new one and wasting the recently bought one. Pls help if you know any place in Dubai where I can go and fix them! Thank you :)
