Leaving is impossible or very difficult to some women due to culture, family etc. A man who's from this type of culture can take this difficultly as an advantage to abuse wife & there'll not be a solution to wife other than becomes more stronger.
Probably, he's thinking that you can't handle the life without him & no matther what he does you'll not leave him (completely depending on him in every way). I'd show he's wrong. I don't mean to leave him at once. Be a strong person (don't try to fullfill all his wishes, let him complain unnecessary & ignore those, don't cry at least infront of him, if you're at home now find a job even with a little money), explain him how his behavior effecting you so badly & tell him you'll not able to tolerate it forever...there'll be an end for the relationship.
One of the main reason to loss hair is dehydration. Here we use AC in the most of the time which cause dehydration. The worst part is, there's no moisture in the air here; it's dry. So, must drink plently of water to maintain healthy hair & skin here.
