I have left a message with ff and I will send mails to the other groups. My biggest concern is that they are not safe :-( the villa is for rent and the moment anyone walks through the front gate they will be heard and spotted as the hole is next to the front door! Should I inform the rental agent? My concern is they might just want to get rid of the problem :-( Could I even attempt to move them? When mummy cat is out of the hole she is quite friendly.......

It gets better, landlord turns up at 10:30 totally unexpected! With limited English tells me that he wants more money, when I try to explain about rera all English communication stops. An Arabic friend on the phone tries to talk to him, he tells her that he will decide who lives in his house and he wants more money. She tries to explain about rera but then he became quite rude to her and hangs up because she is female :-( later he spoke to my husband and said he will decide what is happening nearer the time!?!?

Thank you for all the replies, this is what we thought. I can't believe the company we rented from ( who act as a go between as our landlord speaks very limited english) told him that this was ok!

Mine broke while laying on the sofa watching tv. I heard a really loud pop and that was it! Thankfully the sofa has recovered and you would never know :-)
