Hi, thank you. I have been in touch with a lady from here who's going through the same. I haven't seen anyone yet but I've picked up some recommendations. I just need to do something about it now. Thank you for asking.

Are you going to be working in the UK, if so, you will be given a tax number and an NHS card which will entitle you to the NHS service. You can also be a private medical client with BUPA for UK residents and non UK citizens, you should be able to find details on their website. Let me know if you need more info and I can give you a contact. That would be great. I am not sure if I am going to be working or not. We just found out that my fiance's father has cancer and has to have an operation.. so we are sort of leaving quickly. I am worried about that, and my own health - if you could give me some more info that would be great. My email is [email protected] . Thank you so very much. Travel insurance, maybe? There have been talks of me getting a visa through his father's company, but with all of the stress of the situation that is going on, that has kind of been put on the back burner if you know what i mean. So i know that i will help around the house, hospital, etc.. but after that.. i am not sure. plus, jobs are hard to find these days in England from what I hear.. or am I wrong? I really want to study nursing, but I saw on some website that you have to have lived in the UK for 3 years before you can do that - however, the other day when I looked again, I couldn't find it, so i don't know if it is true or not. Another thing I want to do is work at a homeless shelter and help people. I was thinking that if I can't actually study nursing, maybe I could intern or work at a doctors office or something? I am not sure. It is all very crazy. just picking up and moving.. but at the same time I am excited about going somewhere where there is "family". and everything else about the uk. I want to do things that make me happy and break out of my shell a bit, because i feel like in Dubai I have just sort of been.. stagnant. Does that make sense? I want to take singing lessons,. and run, and like i said, work at a homeless shelter. Seeing the laborers here, as well as everyone else who is just trying to survive makes me want to do something... good. Give me a bucket!!

I understand and agree. We are sort of on a budget, because this move is very quick and spontaneous due to a family emergency. But we are not planning on coming back to dubai.. so we want to do some stuff. And also... another question. What is cheaper to buy here than there? What should we bring? Not through choice though, eh!!!

Does anyone know of any other True Crime stories/ shows or documentaries that I could either watch online or download? I suppose they don't have to be of the True Crime Genre, anything good that could be suggested would be fab! Obviously bored @ home, but would like to watch something informative rather than sitting around watching (more) Desperate Housewives... :) TIA UNBELIEVABLE!! Just look at your own life, that should keep you busy!!
