Hi, we have been here about a month now. The house is great with lots of space. We have discovered the design flaw with kitchen re dishwasher after it was installed! We called Nakheel and they sent a carpenter who removed the door to cupboard under sink allowing the dishwasher to be moved down. We also discovered no lights in bedrooms!!
We did have an issue with the water pressure and the smell of sand from the water. We let the taps run for a while and seems to have sorted it. Nakheel came and changed the filters also.
Nakheel have said there are no plans for community centre and pool. Has anyone any more information on this?
