I know that this is not really the forum, but I have exhausted all other areas. We found a lovely maid from Uganda on the net through a local agency here, but the fees that they are asking are just so phenomenal and then the poor maid gets nothing in the end. If you know of anyone from Zimbabwe, Kenya or Uganda looking for a live in house maid position, please do let me know, they must be of Christian faith. Thank you so much

Hi My LO has suddenly grown a huge fondness for Thomas the Train. Is anyone possibly selling any track sets, play mat or a table. I had a look at them all new and could not believe the price! Many thanks

Organic Cafe has some good ones. I give whole food or food state vitamins as they are natural and more easily absorbed. I've also started them on probiotics to help build their immune system after a really bad dose of the flu

Never used one as found that friends who had one complained about the smell. I just use a nappy bag and turf in outside bin if it's a smelly one.

These were the only bottles that my LO would take. They are fantastic and really helped with reflux and colic. Babies R us is times square has the best range and they have the 250ml bottles too. There are the narrow neck and wide neck. I have both and both work fine, the wide neck is just easier to put the scoop of formula in when in a rush. Best bottles ever!

I also have the zapp and love it. Only prob is that it doesn't recline and I need a Reclining one for my summer holiday. I heard you can just buy the zapp xtra seat and it will fit to the zapp frame. Anyone possibly selling one?

We take our car seat and check it in. Otherwise we use a friends driver to take us in our car or book safer driver to meet us at airport and bring our car back

Hi My DS was exactly the same. Infant Gaviscon helped a lot (only used the half dosage as this helped. I have a full box if you would like if?) also held him upright for 15 minutes after a feed. Infacol did nothing and full of E colourants which I was not happy about. Colic Calm (from UK order online and they ship here) completely natural and worked wonders! Ended up sleeping on tummy as that was the only way he would settle!! It totally freaked me out but honestly he would not sleep any other way so we ended up getting the angelcare monitor. We tried the colic pad but that did not help. Also cot was elevated really high - about 4 books height. If breast feeding watch your dairy intake and take a good probiotic (organics cafe) every morning. Hope you find a solution

Try sandypants online pretty sure they do ithem. Hth Sorry to hi-jack: What temperature do you keep the room at? What clothes do you dress your baby in and do you cover with an additional blanket. I have a 1 tog but not sure how to use it. Thanks in advance

Just to be sure, I called the maternity ward and they said paint away! Colour is also fine as you only need to remove if you go under general and now a days there it's never heard of to go under general when giving birth. She also said it's fine for a caesar. YAY! Now I can cover my calcium marked nails!

I am selling a virtually brand new Novita NH900 top of the range humidifier if you are interested. Multi function controlls including baby, sleep and auto settings amongst others. Originally bought to help with respiratory irritation due to climate, A/C etc, but no longer needed thankfully. Hi Sue R how much are you selling it for?

Mums and babies classes. I did one of these style classes with my DD from 8 weeks old in my home country. Classes were called mums and babes and it was so great for development and interaction and for meeting new mums. Was wondering if there was anything similar in Dubai (not boogie babies)

The cheapest I've found is at outlet mall. A really big range too as most brands cheaper than duty free. Bottom floor at the back just before reebok. They have clothes in the shop too.

Haven't read through all the replies (apologies if someone has mentioned this already)... A specialist advised us on the following: 14 days backwards from your cycle length e.g if that month your cycle was 28 days. 28-14=14. So your most fertile day is then day 14 counting your first day of your period as day 1. If next Month your cycle is say 30 days... 30-14=16 so you are most fertile on day 16. So go according to the length of your cycle each month. Worked for us like a charm. Oh and she also advised to start 2 days before that day. So example, Your most fertile day is day 16, try on day 10, 12, 14,16 and 18. Good luck!

Was 1 cm dilated at 37 week check and had a sweep (not sure about you but I found this rather painful). Had sweep at around 9am, 2:15am the next morning my waters broke. Got to hospital 25 minutes later and was 4 cm dilated.
