Hi Ladies I'm a housewife, I need to do a Medical fitness test so my husband can renew my visa. I live in Marina where is the closet place I can go. I've called the DHA and they say Al Quoz. I heard there is one in Knowledge Village. Any been there recently, can they do it there? Please let me know. TIA

hi Smilies I had fractional laser done to my scar at a dermatologist .. it was very painful .. and scabbed after a few days .. i took great care of it .. but it resulted in dark patches of pigmentation .. worst than the scar I had . Very disappointing.

try salt and water .... rough salt if you have. Or other option take her to the beach the sea salt helps .

I use a guy called Hamit - his telephone number is 050 255 41 01. He comes out to me in the mornings. I've trained with Hamit for the past 4 years. The guy is really passionate about his job. He trained me throughout my pregnancy as well which I think helped me have an easier labour and help me lose my baby weight! He comes highly recommended from me. whats his charges like... sounds great .

totally agree . South Africa is amazing and Dec its lush and green and not too hot .. you should try a Safari there to the Kruger or if you think thats too much .. do a day visit to the lion park . When we were there .. did a day trip .. we went with family and friends , kids got to play with lion cubs and giraffes... then went to Cape town for a few days ... Beautiful vineyards and strawberry farms ... lovely people.

me too only realized we getting time of this week ... We looked at flights out of here... NOTHING ... so we decided to drive to Oman . for 3 days and got bookings at a hotel there .. should be great fun ..:)
