U can get it either from Tesco Lotus or Big C. U can get it from the dutyfree too. And the price is way cheaper than u buy in town.

I don't mind to pay in advance as long as my DD will go an assessment for sure.. Sounds hopeless for paying and being on a waiting list which don't know what will be an outcome.. Schools should at least manage a waiting list by clean it off every year and set a limited number of submitted applications.. It just likes giving you a hope and take it away later.

This is crazy to apply to school 4 yrs in advance.. An application fee is not cheap at all.. I think many school make a load of money from these advance applications.

You can bring a translated and notarized version to be attested here in Dubai if you are already U.A.E residence. But it needs to translate from English to be Arabic version before attested though. It takes a few days.
