Hi Ladybee, I cant thank you enough for taking the time to share so much valuable information! I really don't have time doing the legwork, gives a better idea of the location. We sent time yesterday driving around and looking, hoping to find a nice 3M! You mentioned the LL number on the building, where would you find this number? Thanks again for your guidance on this one.

Hi all, Property rentals - the dreaded topic! :-/ We are looking to move in Sept/Oct, we are currently living in Springs 14 and were looking for something in the same area. Can anyone recommend a landlord that we could deal with directly or decent property agent that isn't going to give us the run around?

Gosh, its good to hear that im am not alone on this... i dont think i have ever experienced anything quite like the past 6 months renting with this landlord.. but i suppose there is no point complaining, whats done is done. Ive spoken to the agent and have arranged every 2 weeks between 4 and 4h30.. They claim to be looking for 'investors' that want to keep us on as tenants. Does anyone know if they are able to increase our rental more than the 5%? Thanks so much for the feedback everyone. :-/

Our landlord has put our villa on the market and we have been asked to allow potential buyers access to the home as and when they want to show it! Surely there must be a limit to the amount of times they can show the house? they are arranging viewings weekly now and we still have 6 months left of our lease... i dont know if i could cope with people coming through every week like this for the next 6 months!! Any advise or suggestions would be most appreciated!! :(

Hi there, I dont know if its the same one i had... but mine i removed after each shower and replaced with a clean one. The nurse gave me 3 to alternate, once used i washed with soap and left to dry. I had to leave this on for 10 days... on day 7 i decided to take it off and leave it open at night time and only put on in the morning.
