We are considering getting an Aupair and to be honest I am not really sure about how to go about it. Do you know a good site you can recommend? How much do you pay and what responsibilities do they have? How much do you involve them in your family life and how would a regular schedule look like?

Hi,
I am looking for a German tutor for my 2 kids (ages 4 and 7). I am German, but the kids grew up with English as their mother tongue, and as much as I want to speak German with them I seem to lack the discipline.
Please, can anybody help?
