I used it twice. Paid online, delivery took 2 weeks :( but it's depends on what you order,it's shipped from USA. A bit expensive (I paid 130 aed for Thermos Foogo). They delivered it to my tower, directly to door, you will get an email and you can track your oder as well. Be sure to answer the phone when they call you. So far I like them.

Update: I had to return an order and even after a month did not receive what I paid for in advance. Really disappointed, will not use them again!
