Hi cdubaib2007 I recently had a TT, I had mine done at Welcare Mediclinic in Garhoud. My surgeon was Dr Salah and my endo is Dr Fuad. really really excellent service. I did not have any iodine treatment after my surgery. just went straight onto levothyroxine. I stayed in hospital for a week after my surgery, then a week at home and back at work after that. Did you have any specific questions? Regards Graves2201

Hi daisydai I have seen both Dr Hubert and the lady endo at American hospital Dubai, but to be honest, I was there twice and both times it was not a good experience, the first time I had to sit and wait for an hour and a half after I was meant to see the dr for my appointment to start, and the second time was for a specialist test to get my diagnosis and they "forgot" to book the appointment after the test so I had to sit and wait for almost 4 hours to receive the diagnosis. I haven't gone myself yet, but I have heard good things about Dr Sasa at Dubai London Clinic in Umm Sequim. He is an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist, but his profile on their webpage mentions that he has studied Endocrinology, I was diagnosed with Graves Disease and currently just see my GP for the blood tests etc. If you want his details, just let me know. :) I hope that it helped! <em>edited by Graves2201 on 05/03/2015</em>

Hi hswatson Try The Cooper Health Clinic, on Al Wasl Road. not sure what the persons name is, but my doctor recommended them. you can just google the clinic

Hi Chocobella Thanks for the reply, I have had all the tests done and currently on anti thyroid and heart medication as its quite advanced already. Will have a look at the links sent, as I have seen that I should be consuming dairy. Its all so confusing at this point. Thanks again and take care x
