I'm not sure of a specialist in this area, but I have attented Mediclinic city hospital for a variety of reasons and have been very happy with the service, care and professional attitudes there.

I would love to hear answers but for more advanced patterns! I have been meaning to get back into cross stitching for a while but want a larger pattern?

Sri Lanka is very affordable but Cyprus hands down for me. Lovely climate, lovely beaches, friendly people, fab food. The greek islands are not too far either

Wow.... Nasty much? There are international companies that do not charge postage (eg Asos) and it was being presented as an affordable option. I have just moved from a country outside of the UK in which delivery was in fact, gasp, free!

Lollygobble you are completely out of line and the thoughts you are spreading are very dangerous. You are trying to present your "information" in a thoughtful way, but what you are presenting is plain reprehensible. There is absolutely NO LINK between Autism and vaccinations. NOTHING. No link whatsoever. Your anecdotal evidence should be kept to yourself because it is incorrect. Every single scientific study says there is NO LINK. One disproven study suggested it and has been proven many times to be a farce. Once again, there is NO LINK. Please stop spreading that unqualified opinion around.

Do Amazon charge for delivery? Kinokuniya is more expensive so I wouldn't use them online. It is all about the physical experience there. Love walking through that place and breathing in the scent of books and leafing through them and the vastness of the place. Such a great place to discover books. I always leave with a bag full.

To be honest I think the biggest gap in the market for that age group is reliable babysitting services/drop in day care. I think for families who do not have maids it is daunting and scary finding reliable care that I can trust and sometimes I just want to have someone pop in/drop them off for a few hours to get something done and it is impossible.

They stock OXO cubes in Carrefour I always pack Twisties, Allens lollies, Salada biscuits, and spices such as chicken salt and lemon pepper. Oh and Kraft Peanut Butter! Nothing like it! I also go on a spending spree at Target, Kmart and the like :)

We are a family that got a loan out to live here. We were financially struggling in our home country and my husband works in a very specialised field, so there was no option to move anywhere but Dubai or China. We much preferred the Dubai option. While it has really hit us at the moment, we are looking at the long term, and at the moment Dubai is the best opportunity for our family.

Hi Lovebop26 I bought a pair of crystal/glass lamps from Laura Ashley a few years back. Recently bought a lovely lamp from Indigo Living although not sure it is the style you are after. They have up to 75%off at the moment though.

They have a lovely range in WH Smith and borders, all from 30 to 80 or so dirhams. I got a sturdy page a day from WH Smith, lovely purple shaded leather-look cover for only 40.

I think you do need a prescription, although I would be very hesitant to take them unless you had some sort of severe bacterial infection or the like. Antibiotics really mess with your gut health and overuse can cause a whole host of problems. Not that you need a lecture! I'm sure you know this! Ring up an Aster Pharmacy. I find the pharmacists really helpful there! Tell them your symptoms and they can advise if you should see a doctor

There is a small stall that sells DVDs on the Lower Ground floor of the Dubai mall that I'm pretty sure sells Baby Einstein or some such similar product. I bought a few from there but my sons never paid much attention to them until they were 1+. One is now snapped in half and the other jammed in the DVD (apparently they're a fun toy more so than a program!) so i cannot offer them to you sorry As others have said, you can watch all of them or similar on youtube for free! They have a whole bunch of toddler videos and In The Night Garden episodes as well.
