It’s too late to reply now.. I have lost 3,500 dirhams with them. They’re fraud. The Russian owner stopped responding to my requests. They never sent the candidates we agreed on. They took money and randomly sent us candidates which they got on dubizzle . They claim that they interview the candidates and send you videos and CV of people that Don't exist and that have no reference from previous employers ! Nannies Dubai is not recommended, I even tried to take them up with legal authorities but their company is registered in RAK freezone and they’re completely independent to Dubai.. I just couldn’t bother following up.
Stay Away! Don't get fooled with the website and the tempting prices you see!! Wysada are basically a bunch of thieves who will rip you off! I placed 3 orders with them 8 weeks ago (which is the maximum time given to receive your orders). After continuous and useless efforts to contact them through all basic means (phone, Email, customer support) wondering where my orders are at, they respond calmly saying that they haven't been shipped, and that they have problems with the consolidations, and they are sorry for the Delay! Listen people, this is not my fault, I would have shipped a whole container from China to the UAE in 4 weeks!! After getting furious with them, they asked me if I would want to cancel my orders after I've waited for 2 whole months, and I SAID YES! Cancel them! It has been 2 weeks and they haven't cancelled my orders (I can still see the status of my orders as "Processing") and they haven't refunded my money!!! Which makes me wonder whether they have processed my orders at all! I have spammed their ugly Emails from my inbox and if I ever see their ads on my FB wall again, I will be posting nasty comments to warn people about them!!
