Thank you Sky fall for your reply. Medical insurance not a problem as this will be covered by partner's company. We will be looking for a 2 bedroom furnished apartment, I have started looking at what is available online. I am planning to return to the UK about 4 times a year to see daughters and grandchildren.
Thank you to the ladies who replied to my post. It is as I thought, not too many older people. If we do relocate I will not be coming to Dubai til the end of the year as my eldest daughter is expecting her third baby in October and I will stay here until she has had it.
Thank you for your kind offers of meeting for coffee, I will remember that !! We should know within the next month if we are coming or not. If I think of anything else I would like to know I'm sure I will be back on here.
