Congrats on your move to Sg. I am from Singapore but will be moving to AD around Jul/Aug.
1) my gynae is dr caroline khi. She is very nice and really takes time to answer your questions. Her clinic is at thomson medical centre. Just note, if ever you go visit her, i suggest to visit on a weekday as there is less queue.
2) I usually bring my kids to Dr. Gong at kinderclinic at gleneagles.
3) you can apply for work permit for her prior to her arrival in sg. Application is quite straight forward via the ministry of manpower website. Just give her a copy of approval in-principle letter to present it upon arrival. However, i dont have info on what paperworks to be done on the Sri Lankan embassy side.

Our family is from Singapore and we are moving to AD on April coz of my hubby's work.
I have two boys (6 and 7 yo). My eldest has autism but he is high functioning.
I am keen to put him in mainstream school. I am willing spend for shadow support. However, i saw some old threads in this forum that most schools are not open to bring in kids with autism even if there is shadow support. I also noticed there are not much of info on autism resources/centres in AD.
Do you have any suggestions/recommendations where i can register my eldest? Is there any autism support group for mums in AD?

We are moving to dubai early next yr with 2 kids on tow (6 and 7 yo). My eldest has autism but high functioning.
Im quite worried if i can find schools for him. Which school is your kid currently enrolled?
