I was diagnosed last week with a missed abortion at 10 weeks, the baby had stopped growing at 6 weeks. Ive been waiting a few days (no bleeding or cramping yet) and intend to wait at the least the full week suggested by the obgyn, but does anyone know a hospital here in Dubai that will administer the oral medication to induce the abortion as opposed to the suppository??? Ive read the oral is more effective. But its like pulling teeth trying to get any answers from the hospitals here.
