You should find one that follows the most current guidelines. It depends on the type of your c-section incision. If your doctor is most up to date with current guidelines, she would advise you on what is best for depending on the type of incision you had.
I would ask about the risks and benefits of a VBAC and ask the doctor of you are a candidate for a VBAC because not all patients can qualify for a VBAC.
Nursing is not contraindicated in pregnancy, but ask your doctor about the pros and cons.
