If you have time just prepare some steam vegetable and fruits And put it in the fridge , when she want to eat just by the fork you make it like pudding ( potatos , carrots , zucchini , apple ) should you have bananas too , but this one as it is , no steam ok :) You also freeze in icecube trays this is what my Sister did with all the kids It's more easier for me , i just prepare all in one day then every i just open my fridge and take what i want

Really i dont know what to do with her, she will travel after 9 days and i dont know how to handle a day or doing a good program for her and for her toddler I want to do something special to have fun and the kid too I just thinking where , i have an idea but i dont know is it available here in dubai For a breakfast open buffet with a play area arround us and nice view What ever breakfast or lunch ? KateRob,I don't want to demotivate you or anything like that, but losing all that Fat in 2 months is not a healthy target. Losing Inches is a better idea. Losing weight Drastically is an open invitation to several problems. Just don't be desperate. Meditate, yoga or even hypnotizing (positively) yourself, are better option, rather than spending money and paining yourself with strict gym routines. Rest is upto you! I wish you good luck! 100% agree , that's right and better for you to loose it for ever

Black bean couscous salad Ingredients 1 cup uncooked couscous 1 1/4 cups chicken broth 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 8 green onions, chopped 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained salt and pepper to taste Bring chicken broth to a boil in a 2 quart or larger sauce pan and stir in the couscous. Cover the pot and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime and lemon juice, vinegar and cumin. Add green onions, red pepper, cilantro, corn and beans and toss to coat. Fluff the couscous well, breaking up any chunks. Add to the bowl with the vegetables and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve at once or refrigerate until ready to serve. Thanks a lot Dray

I wash my hair with mineral water And put a little apple vinegare , that's it and from the other side i color my hair every 2 or 3 months and keratin every 4 or 6 months , and 2 or 3 times blow dry and babyliss per week I know it's too much :( This offer 1800 AED for 6 sessions .. Is it good ? Or too much ?

thanks ladies for all your well wishes! So baby arrived after a bit of drama - 24 hours of labour with absolutely no progress whatsoever! Baby still hadn't dropped and I was still only 1cm after labouring since midnight til 10pm the next day! they couldnt even break my waters, so we had to go for a c-sec. But she arrived about 45 mins later and now we have our darling Layla weighing in at 2.25 kgs! She is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen and we are in love. the c-sec was quite surreal tho - getting sewn up, DH and nurses fussing over the baby and lots of staff in the OR all oblivious to me lying there shaking and freaking out and trying not to throw up or pass out! And waiting to see baby felt like the longest minutes with me yelling out "mummys here, mummy loves you" as she was crying lol! She's now snoozing away here to Frank Sinatra xmas songs. She keeps falling asleep tho while feeding, shes just not imterested so any tips to get her to suckle as she just wants to sleep on mama's chest! merry Xmas everyone xxx Mabrouk TBD , and welcome to our wonderfull life miss Layla (btw v. v. nice name) mashALLAH It's very nice to have a baby , but when i think of the day of labor , i come so scared to be preg. , and scared to deliver my baby in here , coz i dont know good doc. or hospital ? I hope some one give me any advices and names of the best doc. And hospitals and take epidural too :)

U should move from your home arround 6 pm , but if your home close to the beach you should move from 6 pm also , to reserve a good place for your family And after 12 am ,, be ready you will take from 2 hours and above to go back home Last year i returned at 3:30 am :s Very nice moment to see all these fire works but it's too hard to stuck all that time in traffic , all UAE in the street
