Hi SueR, plant souk has selection of plant pots of various sizes, shapes, colours. Loads to chose from at dead cheap prices. I'd go in the morning though, its getting pretty hot

Hi there, we used Jumeirah Pest Control to get rid of ants in the garden, I asked them to spray ground floor of the house too. You can give them a ring on 43964721.

Check the House Hunters website, they also have a mini office in Le Marche. Usaually they have lots of villas for rent in the Ranches.

Hi there i frequently use taxis, the company number i call is: 042080808(the red roof taxis), they usually park around Le Marche car park and wait for a message to pick someone up. It takes on avarage 5-7minutes for them to turn up. Although round 3-4 pm there is a longer wait due to rush hour. Most of the drivers know Arabian Ranches areas, there are signs anyway, pointing out where the compunds are located eg saheel,al mahra,terranova,al reems,mirador, palmeras etc. To book taxi over the phone they charge 3 dhs extra( there will be 6 dhs on the meter) but when you take one trom taxi, rank,haul one off the road,etc there is 3 dhs.

download it on vuze. I tried that one and it said I couldn't access it, even with my 'alternative network' in place :(. Exercise TV has worked and it's ready and waiting for me to get my bum off the sofa! Good to konw, I will ask my DH to download it from Excercise TV tonite while I go out to get some sports gear- trainers, weights and some clothes. So I will be starting tomorow. Can picture it already- me, miss piggy-stuffed in lycra tight leggings and top jumping up and down infront of telly.priceless :)
