My DH lost 9 kgs in 2 months, no program, no specific diet as such. He bought the most amazing book, he swears by it now, (he should be sales person for them, he would make thousands on commision :) Its called Burn the fat, feed the muscle. not sure on the author but im sure if you google it it should tell you. I have a e-book copy if you want me to send it your way:)

HI Ladies, I have been invited to a hens night back in SA, its next week Thursday, so i don't have much time to go look around the shops for an outfit. The theme is Sexy Pirate, have any of you ladies got some ideas or recommendations as to where I can get pirate accessories. TIA :)

HI, I did my Visa last month and remember facing a similar scenario as you. But good news is that if you keep checking on a daily basis there will be opening available evetually, we checked one day and there was absolutely nothing, the next day there were plenty available days. Just keeping checking, oh and don’t forget to go to National Bank Of Abu Dhabi in MOE to pre pay for the appointment i think it was 500 AED, keep the receipt as this one of the first papers they request when at the embassy. Some further tips for the day you go- Take a snack or 2, don’t take the kids with you, have nothing planned for the rest of the day,it took me 7 hours to get through it all, very tiring but its good knowing you dont have to do it for the next 10 years! Goodluck :)

Yes they do unfortunately, my DHs was frozen when he left his job a while back, he did however have outstanding debts owing. It was unfrozen once he was emplyed again, which took about 2 months. Lets hope that if you dont have outstanding debts and that they dont freeze your acc.
