Still cannot get the avatar to upload, have resized it to 75 x 65 pixels but when i press attach the file does not upload. No idea what I could be doing wrong. IT are looking at it right now- thanks for the feedback-is the image less than 1mb, is it a jpeg and did you enter the captcha code... just double checking so we can find the issue- thanks! edited by admin on 23/11/2014 edited by admin on 23/11/2014 Yes its way less than 1mb, and I put in the captcha too. On the edit profile feature There isn't a mailing list select option for the UK? Is it possible to change your user name? (tried but it did not confirm the action) Uploaded an avatar, the action was confirmed but nothing has appeared yet? TIA Dear Di@DXB, It's not possible to change your username yourself- if you would like a change please email [email protected] and they will assist you. If you tried to do this at the same time as your avatar it will not have gone through to the system- please try again with the avatar now- we've checked for you but there's no record of it. Is it just me, or is there a problem with the website - I can't navigate through the Forum Posts... when I click "next post" or "last post" it just refreshes the same page. All other navigation seems OK? :-( It's being fixed right now- thanks for the heads up.

The thread direction needs to be modified.... if you are going to keep it this way you need to add a button that allows you to go to the last post on each thread. Its beyond annoying to have to scroll thorugh 2 pages of replies you have read to get to the last post. We are working on fix for this- will let you know when it's done.

1. First post should be a different colour and remain at the top 2. Next posts should be able to run in either direction depending on your choice 3. When signed in you should be able to go to the first unread post. :nerd: Are we going to make the IT guy go into meltdown :cry: Yes :) no seriously though points 1 and 2 we are working on... Thanks for the feedback... We really listened to the last thread about this and it's great to get valuable feedback from you the users... It's also weird for us when changes are made :)

I just posted in a 2-page thread, and got taken back to the top of page 1. That shouldn't happen, I should be left at the point where I made my post. Dear Madge, We have literally just turned it on and have said we will iron out any blips. Your constructive feedback is appreciated. This is a custom forum and normal out of the box product logic does not sometimes apply. It has been tested but in a live environment there can always be differences. Hi All, Just to let you know based on your recent feedback we've already launched the new collection of smilies and we hope you have fun with them! We are trialing the reversal of the thread direction as well today- so the first post will be at the top and you read downwards then move on to the latest replies on later pages. We will trial this for a week to 10 days and based on your feedback will decide whether to leave it that way... so do get a feel for it and let us know if you prefer it. We are also introducing the strike through text function as well today. If there are any slight blips do bear with us and know that we are working on it.
