thanks Love. I just want to know how to get all the paperwork done, what Licence(s) I need and the cost (been saving up for a long time so i want to make sure I have enough savings for this), do i need a sponsor etc. In terms of Staffing, Fit-out, Location and Furniture, I have that covered.

because the group is closed i cant view anything, only members of that group! aaaah :( so i called one of the construction companies that deal with Nakheel on upgrading JVT villas and they said to build 2 bed on the terrace and a guest room on g its roughly 700,000AED,. does that sound about right? Did they mean build two bedrooms on the front terrace?? If you can try and ask to be allowed to join. There is a whole lot of different things going on with extensions and various companies. There's also the money you have to pay Nakheel, did they take that into account. If you can't get yourself into the group, let me know and I'll try and get you admitted and tell them what you're after. edited by Geordie expat on 24/03/2014 Aww you are a gem thank you so much. i have asked for access but access not granted yet. In the courtyard of a hotel. Zaffa is usually 10-15 mins max and they usually only have drums and I think another instument. I still think 5k is a lot to be asking for!

Hi Whitepony, we are leaving our villa 15th of November. Our LL is fantastic and we are helping him find new tenants. I believe he would be happy to rent it out starting 2nd of January so that he can repaint it and fix minor things. The villa is right on the lake in Springs 4. We are arabic, raised up in NZ and we want the kids to learn arabic, we speak arabic at home and it would be helpful if the maid speaks arabic too as they will be home with her after school until we get in at 5 and they are in bed at 8 so a big chunk of the day will be spent with the maid.
