ok, I had a parent teacher meeting for my child in grade 1 last week, and she said that my child was doing well in numeracy and just kinda getting there in literacy. This week I get a form to sign off saying that my child is being placed in a group of a few students under the achievement club to help her reach a sub level for numeracy, so I m like kinda confused. When I asked the teacher about this, she said this is just to boost her confidence level. So I have made an appointment to talk to the inclusion coordinator of the school. Any comments what this means, I m kinda worried. TIA

hi, with my older child previously i was pumping in the rest room with batteries. But now i have my own cabin, so i will be pumping in my cabin at work with electric outlet available, So with the Pump in style, how long does it take you to pump in total? And do you remember how much you bought it for in the US? Is it easy to carry around? I heard from someone that the Ameda Lactaline Dual Electric Pump is also very good, do you have any idea on that?

Hi Ladies, we are about to sponsor a maid from Nepal in this month, just wanted to know what is the procedure for them to exit nepal, i dont want to go through the abu dhabi embassy here because we tried last time and they need a ton of documents and are best avoided, i know the maid needs a shrum card (labour exit) to exit the country, is there any way she can obtain the same in nepal and come here? Please any replies relating to this will be highly appreciated.

if you are bringing through delhi, then he will be stopped at the airport, they will not release any nepalis from delhi airport, he will need to travel to mumbai to come here or if he comes directly from nepal, then he will need to get a stamp (labour permit) from the consulate there before he exits so he can exit....

hi Jupiter, Just a bit of advice, insurance cos. dont usually cover packages, and since your insurance starts only September, i advice you to take the prenatal package and use your insurance for the delivery. I started my package with Welcare in November and my insurance for inpatient can be used only after 6 months which is in May end. Also, i paid in cash for the package but my insurance co. said that they do not cover packages. Hope this helps..

my maid's room is quite big compared to the ones i have seen around, it already fits a big single bed and a big 1 high door wadrobe, i have had my maid since the last 5 yrs and i keep her very happy since she is very good with my kids, so no doubt that i will be the same with any other maid that i get... Purple- i agree i must go to the immigration and find out if its possible... edited by JheaG on 10/02/2013
