Is it not closer to the one at G&D park - not sure which one it is but I thought it was FGB? IT would take about 15/20 mins to walk but I'd just jump in a taxi there and back.

We got mine a photo book made with photos of her and her sister when they were young, my grandad, her and her three daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren etc. Not a digital one - an actual book that she could sit and flick through. She loved it!

Try Fidelity Fitness in Almas Towers - they do all the Les Mills classes and a lot more. I'm not a member any more but I think they do classes only memberships instead of paying the VERY expensive gym membership.

7-10 days? Any furniture I've bought from them has been delivered same day or next day. Unless it's changed in the last wee while.

For buying or renting? I think the rental properties get snapped up but the ones for sale are taking a while to shift. They are building 30 new houses in a new phase but not sure when thats due to be complete

There is security but they might let you in if you explain. You normally need a villa no to allow access.

I'm unsure about growth hormones in particular but my understanding is that no pre exisiting conditions are covered under medical insurance.

Thanks for the advice, everyone. Truth is, it might be hormonal as when I was on the pill back in the UK, I didn't have these spots. Then when I came here and had to go on a different pill as they don't have my one, that's when the spots started. They were a lot lot worse back then and got so bad that I had to come off that pill completely (and use a different contraceptive method) but my skin still hasn't gone back to normal. So I guess a trip to a dermatologist is the right decision. I'm just worried they'll do the same and make me buy a product that they're sponsored by or something. My dentist does that. He writes down what toothpaste and mouthwash he recommends, using a pen that's got the logo of this "recommended" brand printed all over it, onto a pad of paper that's also got the logo of this "recommended" brand printed all over it. Real subtle.... Go and see Lydia at Essa Beauty - if she can't hep she'll refer you to someone who can.

Lafalot - Thank you! Did you have highlights - what did you have done? Is he good with highlights? Yes - half head of highlights to fix the mess the other guy had made. I too searched for a British hairdresser who understood I didn't want tiger stripes and farah fawcett flicks! I've recommended him to a few of my friends and they are all using him now. I think there's another 2 or 3 British stylists - one female who's supposed to be amazing too.

Adam at Pastels Ritz Carlton. A scouser who rescued my hair after a Lebanese massacre! Thoroughly recommend him.

I wasn't impressed with Bushmans! Overpriced and had a better steak at the Rivington. Yuan at the Atlantis is supposed to be lovely and my personal favourite is Pai Thai but it's on the expensive side.

I live in GCV2 and have just renewed my tenancy for another year. The only issue I have had is in the last couple of weeks when I use my a/c in my bedroom. The smell of cigarette smoke that filters through is disgusting. Apart from that I have had no issues and the tower is significantly nicer than a number of others I viewed in the area.

I live in Cluster J and have no problems with traffic. I'd be interested to hear why mrssak says to avoid Goldcrest View 2?
