Through Hilton.co.uk try this link we are also booked in for next weekend at 415 but I know it's now showing at slightly higher price but still a bargain. http://www.hilton.co.uk/HiWayWeb/appmanager/portals/brand?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=brand_page_offer_campaign&campaignId=80814

Have they considered Hilton Resort and Spa in RAK? Hilton has an up to 50% off deal if you book and pay before end of Jan. Just came back from there for a bargain price of approx 73 GBP 415 aed per room B&B in a deluxe room

Have stayed at both, the resort and spa is the newer better hotel right on the beach, but the old Hilton has a certain old Worldly charm about it and at half the price and often offering half board in that price I certainly wouldn't not consider it. Just came back today from staying at the resort and spa and really enjoyed it and with the Hilton having 50% off deals on at the moment they are well worth a visit.

We use Dr Ashfaq at Welcare Safa Park, he is a sports injury specialist. From him we got a referral to Dubai Physiotherapy for rehab. - It's Medcare Hosp Another vote for Dr Ashfaq Konchwalla at Medcare Hospital nr Safa Park he is very busy but very skilled and knowledgable - and a sports injury expert I think he actually looks after a national cricket team.

Yep, although only down the road to Muscat... :) I'll no doubt still be lurking around on the boards! And on the odd occasion probably could be found on the naughty chair ;) So sorry to hear you are leaving, but good luck with your new adventure.:)

If you have anything half decent left, a local charitable organisation is busy trying to furnish some flats for staff. If you feel able to donate to a worthy cause, leave a message for me and I'll give you more details.:)

Cut some slits on the tops, put honey and wholegrain mustard in the splits and roast. I usually add leeks and shallots which I suppose is still healthy it's the white wine and cream that I also usually add you'll have to do without LOL!

There is a great group called Tae kwon do tigers - run by a guy called Adam. It is excellent. not sure if he does as young as 3 - but some of the kids seem pretty small. Let me know if you want the details. That's the group I mentioned below with the link to 7 days :)
