I started mine just before she turned 3. I think around 4 is probably a good age to start as they don't get as distracted as they do when they are 3. My LO has a very limited concentration span so drove me a bit nuts at 3 but she really enjoyed it. Yet to find a good ice rink with affordable prices here to start her lessons back up. Just arrived in Dubai a couple of months ago so it's all a bit new to me. :) Hope that helps.

Thanks starsouthern :) I have broken it all down and it's sitting next to our rubbish bin now... hopefully they take it. :) Not sure when rubbish pick is here and how often they come.

Hi ladies, New to the ranches and wondering how to get rid of cardboard. I have a ton of unassembled cardboard boxes that I want to dispose of/recycle. Do these usually go out with the rubbish or do I take them somewhere to be recycled? Is there some sort of service that collects them? Thanks! =)

Thank you for all the information ladies. I must say, this site is invaluable. I like the sound of the Medi Centre at motor city. I like that they have a Well Baby Clinic as well. I will call and book an appointment with Dr Omaima. Thank you Catawba KSE. :) Hope your little bubs is much better now. :) Regarding insurance, I will have to check with hubby what our policy covers I guess. I do hope that vaccinations are covered because they are so pricey. Heard that you can get vaccinations for free if you are a resident through some public clinics but I am not a 100% sure. Will have to investigate that as well.
