Milk Chocolate Fondue 1 bag milk chocolate chips OR 2 large bars of the best chocolate you can find, break or chop it in small bits - one bar milk chocolate, one bar dark) 1/3 cup whipping cream ( or a bit more if it's too thick) 1 tablespoon butter Some suggested dippers: Strawberries Grapes Tangerines Pound cake Big marshmallows Bananas Brownie bites Pineapple Oreos fingers ;) Melt the small diced chocolate on a stainless steel or glass bowl over a pot with boiling water - being careful not to let the water touch the bottom of the bowl. Medium heat, stir until chocolate melted. Remove when melted then add cream and butter - then pour onto your fondue set and keep it warm for dipping. If fondue seems thick, reheat or add more cream and stir to combine. A few yummy variations to try: stir in a glop of peanut butter, a handful of white chocolate chips, a drizzle of caramel, or a spoonful of marshmallow fluff. YUMM-O!!!! edited by MomOfTwins on 20/05/2011

I have my 2 registered there for sept 2011. Got sick of the waiting list game everywhere else and it won't be much of a drive. Drove by a few times and it's been busy with workers every day! I think September is a go, and wouldn't mind having the kids at another Wellington until then! Will keep you posted. edited by MomOfTwins on 15/05/2011
