great ideas. i will ask around the deira area. They are very fragile and known to be quite costly in India, hence not sure whether the pavillion has it. But thanks for the idea. didn't think about GV. Also gives me an excuse to persuade DH to take me there.

My DH(after 10 yrs of marriage) has finally decided to take me and my DS on a holiday. We both have been working so hard that having a break seemed impossible. But lately the stress has caught up with us so much that we sat down and decided that we need to definitely loosen up and go see the world during our yearly vacation rather than having the in-laws over(which leads to even more stress). Since this is all very new to me, I would like to have recommendations from all you lovely ladies out there on countries(pref. Asian) to visit during the months of July and August when the school closes for the long break. We are from India and would love to see Taiwan,Malaysia or any affordable places. Also recommendations on reliable tour companies will be highly appreciated. Do not want to get ripped off on what might be our only tour for another 10 years!!! My DS is 10 years old. MB

Hi Msbiju.... my sister owned a beauty salon for years and was adamant that Oil of Olay was very bad for skin as it had a tendency to leave white heads. Are you only limited to the above two options? They are very commercialized products full of chemicals, perfumes etc. Would recommend heading down to the Organic in Dubai Mall and perhaps testing Dr Haushkas face products which are 100% organic and made from flower and plant based ingredients. There is a very helpful young lady there who can recommend other products and even a supplement. My skin was very bad until I started to add a lot of good oils to my diet like flaxseed oil, pumpkin seeds, walnuts etc (and I used a very good homeopath) edited by hilsbils on 27/06/2012 Thanku so much for the wonderful advice,HB. TBH i do not really know which products are good for my skin. I use makeup occasionally and have now decided to get BE,since the former ones leaves me in a breakout and susequent scars. One of my friends suggested i use OOO products as it did wonders for her skin. i realise that each product works differntly for each person and i thought why not choose between the two since they offer solutions to a lot if skin problems.

needs someone who does foto shoots including senior family members and pets? any info wud be highly appreciated. thanks in advance why do they need to be Indian? Dear RL, i do have some aunts and uncles who are way over 60 (first time in Dubai and out of India!!!!)and i thought it might be comfortable for them to see and speak to some native people. I imagine a for a foto shoot they have to be all comfy and relaxed. and thankyou for the suggestion. I will definitely look into it.
