I believe better, I always had issues with Bupa once they became part of Oman insurance as from what I have been told they are notorious for not paying medical facilities

Go with Rsa they are friendlier , Bupa is underwritten by OMAN insurance here and take a very long time to pay out and a lot of facilities will only work on a pay and claim situation with Bupa.....Rsa is fab I have never had any issues with them pre approving with them.

The golf course is almost ready, is meant to be end of next month. But with Meydan themselves... anyones guess, dont think they've yet chosen an operator to run the place !!! Will be lucky if it's before Christmas....

My husband has been calling, sms and emailing them all year about problems esp TV & AC related. For one month they have not addressed the current No AC in bedroom problem. He has been very tough & firm in his correspondence with them and it seems the only remaining thing to do it threaten them with some sort of action!! Clearly their lack of response as bought us to this point, so where to next.... Would the police here really take an interest here?? Would it be worth involving a lawyer? Does anyone know if it's actually legal for them to bank our rent cheques without them actually providing us with the signed rental contract??

Thanks Andi!! Turned off the modem & router and then it worked, quite a relief. Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I spoke to HSBC earlier and they could not help as their systems were down... typical sounds bit like osn's multiple channel problem too, apparently due to an internal fire !! Thanks everyone!!

Thanks, all very strange because I tried it from my work computer today with the same problem. We have an Etisalat connection, could that be the culprit? I tried other HSBC international websites & their login pages were ok, it just seems to be the UAE's site. Very puzzled right about now...
