My daughter will turn 3 in August and I'm not even considering starting school then. She may do two or three days a week at nursery at age 3, no way I'd send her to do five days in FS1, IMO she's way too tiny for that. Luckily we will go back into the Australian system so it's not a worry.

I'm pretty sure the electronic passport thing is only available at T3 for the moment.

Hello Can anyone tell me the process for transferring a maid's visa. We're hiring someone who's lived here a long time. Do her current employers need to come with me to the visa office? Do I wait until they cancel the visa? I'm a bit confused by the whole process.

I'm interested in finding out the costs of hiring a maid yourself. It's easy to find the costs from an agency (approx 3000dhs per month + 3500 agency fee per contract). Hiring yourself Monthly wage (approx 1500-2000) Deposit (2000) Annual visa charge (5200) Medical checks (approx 200) Health insurance (I've heard reports of between 1500-3000 per year, but not sure) Are there any other costs I've forgotten? Also, one of the main reasons we would hire someone was so my husband and I can have 1-2 nights out a week. Is it usual for maids to babysit in the evenings? There wouldn't be a huge workload during the day.
