then....at the end , that Dubai Tour....it seem it was orrific event.... we heard ONLY complaints, nobody seems to be happy about it ... better to suggest Dubai Sport Councils to cancel it to avoid having the same problems next year???

No, the crossing at Dibba is not an official border crossing therefore you can't do a visa run. The crossings at Dibba are only manned by Sharjah Police and the military and not by the Omanis and they only carry out a cursory check with no stamping etc. Thank you SO much Diver Andi! :) then....we go to Khassab....again! ;)

we have contract with Tool Time since years....even if in this year we are not really happy...as before when a nice Italian lady was caring of all customers.... I think in May - when our contract expires - we will sign with Mplus too

dear ladies I've guests here and they need visa change; we were thinking to go to Dibba. I'll book the Hotel for all of us. But are they stamping the passport at the UAE border? in order to get additional month to spend here in Dubai :)

I've been there beginning of October...KL fantastic....we visited 1. Petaling street China town; 2. Batu caves Indian temple 3. Petronas twin tower 4. Pavillion shopping mall 5 birds' park 6 orchids park and many more places.... LEGOLAND faboulous for kids...and adults. our hotel in KL : Federal Hotel, which we preferred because of its important history and because...it's just in the hearth of KL...it is walking distance from many restaurants, shops... From airport to the hotel there are comfortable taxies... and for all planned trips we had private driver from hotel ( please don't ask me the cost...I don't remember...but my husband said it was acceptable) No time for Singapore...sadly ! Next time ! I've been told that Dnata can organize also visits and excursions...try to ask them... Our agent was ...

Jebel Dhanna Danat resort...we have been there couple of years back and our friends there with 2 kids :they had separate rooms and we enjoyed all together the time! fantastic beach, and good restaurant

I got it for free! I asked the butcher in Choitrams where I can buy it and he told me to come tomorrow and that he will get it for me. Next day he wouldn't put the price on it, he said just to take it and after a lot of negotiations I was forced to take it! I don't know the guy at all and I was really touched by his effort and kindness. Unfortunately, I never ever saw it anywhere to buy and I didn't want to ask the butcher again because I would feel as if I was abusing his kindness. (On a second thought, maybe I should invest more in my clothes and makeup, maybe the guy took pity on me LOL) ahahahahhhh... :) which Choitrams if you don't mind...even because I've never seen fresh turkey where I'm going ( al wasl, between manara/thania str) Only frozen turkeys

then...thanks god..I'm not the only one having problems! After years of weekly delivering water on Thursdays in AR, we moved to Palm Jumeirah and for almost 1,5 years no problems! but since last month...nightmare!!! they said we have to call every week if we want water !!!!???? :( they are not answering the 8005455...I can not call thousand of time just to order water ...wasting my time spending hours waiting for their reply! :( So many times without water...I've been in touch by email & fax...no reply!!! When I finally spoke to them the girl told me they were coming to deliver my water ..It was Thursday!!! I got water on Saturday... which kind of assistance and customer service they have :( :( my husband went to buy bottles of water in the supermarket. I like this water because is not "drinking water" but " mineral water" and because of BPA-free plastic they use. But - definitively - if they don't do something to improve the service, I'll be forced to call somebody else.

we are using since years and years....and since RTA started, the service is at very good level, compared with european standards. We never had problems and me too I noticed improvements in the last period.... they call to ask if you got the taxi, the driver comes out of the car to assist with grocery bags or luggage... they are on time; we are happy with them.

if I'm not wrong somebody told me teachers are not allowed to receive gifts... 'but I think a box of chocs would be good. I've been told in some schools they can not receive gifts if the cost is supposed to be above 100 aed and teachers have to inform the Managers <em>edited by roxan51 on 03/06/2013</em>

I've literally driven the length and breadth of Dubai looking for a decent salon akin to the ones in London usually run by Chinese people who use drills and can put on a full set within 1hr and charge 20 pounds, and no joy. The only place that comes close is Beauty Connection Spa on SZR and I hear they have now opened a new branch in Jumeirah so I will be checking that out soon. [b'>really ??? are they back in Jumeirah??? I was good client of Beauty Connection in front of Burj asl Arab years back...then they have been forced to close and SZR was too far!!! I don't know why, but it just seems so much harder on the eyes to read. I'm not complaining about the font size, for me that's fine. Maybe it's just too much white. Dunno. I'm with you Sandy...harder to read!!! :( :( I don't like it... was this change necessary? it looks to me like in the supermarkets where they are changing the place of my products...one day here...next week there...after a month up....then down.....gggggrrrr

I love La Digue; I like Praslin...I don't like Mahe! In Praslin you can spend a day to Anse Lazio and your child will love it...fishes everywhere....nice beach for toddlers... One day for a walk in the forest, to see the coco de mer....;) and have picnic there 1 day in la Digue????Anse source d'argent...will require the full day...your baby will like the big turtles , and the fantastic beaches.... Mahe...nice touring the city by car...you can stop in some nice place and have your lunch or picnic... Enjoy even for me my lovely Seychelles
