for the deep cleaning of my villa, after tenant left, couple of months back I used Tool Time and I've been impressed!!!I've maintenance contract with them but i didn't know about cleaning division. they are going up and down, each corner, each part...bathrooms never been so cleaned...as well as cupboards, tiles,floors... very good job and the cost was below other quotations ( only 1 company gave me same price) Now they are coming once a month for windows and pave yard.

gas company should take back and give the same paid deposit paid ( for me, 500 aed for 2 bottles...) I had receipt....but when I called....they told me....company is closed...:( I've been told every few years they change the name of the company to avoid paying back some deposit...But i don't know if this is true...:\:

1st time Praslin, this year La Digue & Praslin I love La Digue and I'll go back every year there. we were in hotel (La digue island lodge ) going by bicycle all around the island and Ans Source d'argent...[b'>WONDERFUL[ very close the hotel, nice villas just opposite the beach...I don't remember the name...I can ask my husband if you wish...

I 'm with Belhasa for my pool...since couple of years...before of them I had Mak pool...very expensive and not good service for what you pay! And my pool has been always clean to swim :)

in Khassab and in Dibba Golden Tulip in Muscat I like always the Oman Diving Center...i feel free and in relax the full daty... otherwise I've been in Al Bustan and The Chedi but...on the beach both, and very nice.

In Arabian Ranches, even if there is a nice and good and safe pathway...as well bicycle path....people like to be on the roads....they are ciclyng at high speed....while we have limit !!! :\: roads are very small , internal roads, and sometime when 2 cars are coming from opposite directions....there is not enough space for bicycles and pedestrians.... It's not safe!

singingwales , dear, please think very well about this....it can be a nice thing...but it can be hellish situation. i wish just to report the experience of friend of mine here in dubai when stepson decided to come ... . dad divorced after 8 years of living alone because wife didn't like to follow him all around the world ( because of his job) The excuse was the son...still too young...why to change the school???friends??? house.???? and so on. Son never liked the school or responsabilities.... after divorce , and after spending 2 yr in saudi arabia, he has been transferred in dubai. he then met my friend, they married after 2 years living together. both working ... Son came twice here on vacation every time (for 2 weeks every year)...dad was visiting him almost every 3 months... he decided 2 y. back ,he was 18, to join dad as " I have no future and no opportunities in UK...I want get diploma, I want finish school, I want learn and get a job...." dad always patient, pleaser person, convinced my friend to accept him. She was reluctant but she said " yes". He came here...thinking to go out every night, sleeping till noon, asking always money for cigarettes and pubs, doing nothing at home, talking with mum and friend on the phone!!!hours and hours....no skype or other...only by phone!!! Etisalat bill was 3,000 - 2,000 - 2,500 aed.... he has been asked many many times to reduce the phone calls....nothing! Company was not paying for education , dad decided to pay for vocational school but after 6 months ( he was attending just 2-3 days a week) he said that teachers were against him.... every time my friend was telling him something....the usual reply was ' you're not my mother"...when dad told him to respect his wife ....he was very very unpolite with vulgar language . But dad was justifying him ....always. ... no maid at home....and as I said both working...he never , never washed something or cleaned table or his room...nothing... Nightmare. After 1,5 years my friend told husband " I'm going....when your son respects me ...I'll come back" After 6 months he decided to go back to mum... now thanks God everything is normal... I don't remember all....but situation was almost like this....

I normally send to Dubai Center for Special needs... they are selling what they don't use .... and as Cow said " Smaller size go to the childrens homes for the older girls and the others get sold ([b'>you would be surprised what people buy[/b'>) people is buying everything :)

I'm really sorry to hear your bad experiences...:( I've contract with them after cancelling Emrill , Renovo and H&G TT is not worst than others; on the contrary I've found them always very polite and kind....and skilled !!! Of course they are not perfect, as well as me, and as humains....mistakes are always behind the corner ! I'm trying to be always kind with staff as well as with my maid and driver because what we receive it's sometime the result of the way we are approaching other people ! I'm not in business with them and I don't have particular interests with them ... I can tell you I have left in my room jewels, money , mobiles, and in our study room notebook, iPAD, and many items, IPOD in my son' s room , CD's everywhere...and we never missed any of them. Spongemonkey, you said "...Unfortunately didn't notice the exact occasion but knew that the said item was in the house after our move and then was not after all the various initial visits from them...." maybe the maid changed its place or damaged it and decided to throw it, or to hide the same??? no other people at home??never guests???never friends visiting you? if I'm not home when they are coming,( I'm working lady) , I make inspection as soon as I'm back ...but I'm always trying to be present, as I want understand what they are doing, and they can explain me the problems as well. But dear I would have no exitations to call the Police if something is missing and I'm sure about my impression. I wish you both better services in the future.:)

last month we were there ...FANTASTIC!!! I was quite upset to go to Deira...but our friends invited us for lovely dinner... we met the manager also, and we had nice tour in all restaurants... I recommend it.

tell your sister to make online check in... this will allow her to see the plan of the aircraft... considering the 10 months child, I would suggest to book the seats normally on the row 45 (if I'm not wrong...it depends from aircraft) ...it is the 1st row in economic with big space in front of the seats so the baby can sleep... hope this helps...

In my maintenance contract with Tool Time I've annual water tank cleaning...even if I'm not drinking tap water !!! Wgen I bought my house I cleaned the water tank twice per year but now the Company told me that once a year is enough as the tank keeps clean The Food Control Department of Dubai Municipality organized a campaign to clean water tanks and water coolers. “The campaign aims to increase public awareness by focusing on the importance of water and the need to protect its sources and preserve the safety of drinking water,” said Khalid Mohammed Sharif, Director of Food Control Department at the Municipality, adding that the campaign focuses on the cleanliness of water tanks, domestic water coolers, and public water vending places. Sharif said that the aim of this campaign is to create an awareness among consumers regarding the importance of preserving the safety of water through the periodic cleaning of the tanks by using the services of cleaning companies approved by the Municipality as they comply with the required hygienic conditions. “The Department has developed a comprehensive guide to cleaning of the tank as a first step, as listed among its most important strategic priorities as stated in the Local Order 11 of 2003, which has been applied to all food establishments and factories in the emirate,” said Sharif. He emphasized the participation of the public and private sectors in maintaining the cleanliness of tanks present in their building premises by conducting periodic checks to make sure it was safe, structurally and hygienically. “
