Was in 2 minds whether to take epidural or not, had conflicting opinions from friends who took epidural. Finally opted the natural way which was 32hrs labour. If i ever think of having a 2nd one would still go for natural.

Dubai: The Dubai Court of First Instance has cleared three Indian suspects of molesting a four-year-old Indian schoolgirl on board a school bus. Senior prosecutors told Gulf News that they will appeal the verdict soon after they study the judgement sheet. Suspects are expected to be released soon, unless prosecutors request they remain in detention in their appeal plea. Earlier, based on statements by Dubai Police's forensic doctor, prosecutors had charged the three Indian men with molesting the girl and touching her private parts. The three had denied their accusations. According to prosecution records, the doctor testified that the girl's private parts may have been touched but ruled out the possibility of rape.

Dairylea - I can very well understand what one goes though when you know you are right. As i said even if one argues it wont work and will get worst. To save the situation apologise and get out. After that incident i dont try to get into any incidents which lead into going to the cops, whether with a local or any other nationalities. We have all come here to make a good living and lead a good life.

Been in this situation when i was new in Dubai in 2007 during the Ramadan time. Was on Emirates road after meeting a friend in Green community, on my way back home. I was driving at 140 in the fast lane and some guy started flashing lights, the cars in tghe next lane were equally fast so couldnt change my lane, it took about 7-10mins for me to change the lane and the guy was as close to crashing into my car. Finally after changing the lane i flashed my finger and he kept chasing/tailgating me for another 15 mins. I took my car in the side and stopped and the guy behind me did the same and he started banging my windows and scratching the car. I manage to fled and after abt an hours time i get a call from the police station to come and report. My husband and me went and the guy was a local lied that i was driving at 80 and didnt move. To cut the long story short, it was the most horrific episode in my life. Firstly they dont speak english so u really dont understand whether the other person is saying the truth or a lie. It is the biggest offence u can do in this country and one must respect that. Secondly, best is to apologise and never ever argue. Lesson learnt.....

Of course. Did you ditch those who were making your life miserable? If so, yay, and don't worry: there are more good times [and friends'> to be had. Good luck! x havent exactly ditched them but yes stopped thinking about this one particular lady as a friend and now i feel really uneasy when i see her .... the rest of the group consists of some great people so its not that bad after all But even if that were not the case ... i just know a handful of people in this city and DH also jokes all the time that i m soooo unpopular and that i dont have any social skills .... so this is basically a plan to prove it to him that i am one popular chick :D OMG that is so me and the same situation. MISS UNPOPULAR and OUTSPOKEN is what i am called when i say the truth.

Same situation here, life has gone topsy turvy with the lil one in our life, not that i ever complain about it ... she is a joy to have but its just not the same. Cant make last minute plans anymore, hvnt gone for a movie since her birth which is 9mths. Frankly friends are not friends anymore as they have older kids and are buzy with play dates of their own. Miss having coffee with friends and just gossiping. Sometimes one need ME time!
