You might have already done this, but there are always always always people posting on the facebook page for k9 friends who want small breed dogs, you could try posting her pic and stats there, I'm positive you will get replies.
Thanks! Those sound like great ideas. It's hard for me to compare it to being in the northern hemi for winter months, as I am a HUGE winter sports fan and would be outside everyday, bundled for the cold... but I suppose one can adapt =)
