Janesul, thanks for your thoughts, but for me this is not about the moving in together anymore. This is about him being confused with his life in general- he don't know where he want to be in his life. Unless he is confused and don't know what to do, he is incapable of accepting me in his life. He should sort out his problem and when he is ready, everything will be easy. That's what I think. And yes you are right, I made it too soon. And I honestly understood when he said it's too early. Our relationship will be always unstable unless he is ready. So giving him the chance and time to sort out his own problem then we can be great for each other. I want to help him but I think it's only him who can solve this. I am glad to hear different views from you ladies, believe me your comments are so much appreciated. Spongemonkey he is 36. And yes we have different nationality. edited by TanAmbassador on 15/09/2011

Thanks Cyclone, not justifying myself or the ex, but really I don't think it's physical. He knows I love him much so he think if he will change and be on his best we can still continue the relationship. Yes I love him so much but I think he forgot that I love myself more than anything else in this world. ;)

Sorry ladies but there's a lot of more important things to spare our time. we should learn how to be grateful and start seeing beautiful things around us instead of sweating with small stuffs in life. I think you should appreciate them (cashiers) that they are doing they job well. Just a thought... life is better and easier when we don't sweat the small stuffs x edited by TanAmbassador on 09/09/2011

Hi Amalzd, remember not to say or do anything to your partner when you are on the peak of your anger. I know you are hurt and that you are probably very angry but take time til you are calm and back in the right mind set. Think many times of what you will say before uttering any words, speak to your friends and ask for their support. And lastly, pray to God. your faith will lead you where it is best for you and for your partner. If you need a friend or someone to talk to, I am just here :-) Good luck x

I was a huge fan of Reductil I tell you for 3 years. From 65 kg I always play to 60-56 kg whenever I used it but never felt healthy and really beautiful with it- always feeling temporary and not enough! I stopped it last year and went to the gym (body pump, steps, running) and changed my eating habit and today I am 49kg and extremely feeling healthy and super sexy! We hear this over and over again but natural way is always the best option. P.A.T.I.E.N.C.E. Is the answer for long term and best effect!! I am very happy with myself now!

how about garlic bread? relatively easy to make... or little pasta cupcakes (cook pasta in white sauce, pour into cupcake moulds, spread some cheese on top and put in oven to bake)... :) The pasta cupcake sounds great! Thanks Abby :-)

Where else is good for birthday celebration? Channel is not doing buffet on Saturdays. I might go for Jamie Oliver's hmmmm Flavours on Two at Towers Rotuna, trust me sooo much better than Channels anyway! Do we get vouchers from entertainment for this?

The Meat Company at the Madinat have a nice private room - it is in main part of restaurant but glass walls, so semi private. It has one long table that seats 15. We were given this room once as we were a group of 10 - was perfect with kids as they had some space to move around without disturbing other guests. We just ordered from normal menu. http://themeatco.com/locations/middle-east/dubai/madinat-jumeirah/functions/info-private-dining The meat co is close for renovation starting yesterday til After Ramadan FYI guys, I love the place too!!!!

Hi ladies, I am planning a sit in dinner party instead of McGettigan pub as my visitors are with kids. We are more or less 20 and I am planning to donate at least 70 AED per head in the total bill. I am thinking where is a nice place to do it? Noodle house in Madinat Jumeirah they have this long table where we can all sit together and celebrate. And the place is easy with a good vibes and not so expensive. Anymore place like this? Have you tried shanghai chic at Ibn gate hotel? I have 25 % discount so that could work well too.

I agree with Maxindubai, McGettigans is great, though I can't compare bec I haven't been to Byblos. I'm planning to throw a going away party at McGettigans on July 2, but do you guys recommend me to consider Byblos as well? I am distributing a main meal stabs to my visitors worth 70 AED, do you think buffet of 90 AED is better, darn that will cost me so much eh. Hmmm..

Great idea about the memory book Muurtje. How about an all you can eat buffet. Fixed price and everyone pays for what they have and no disputes (ish) at the end. You can even collect the cash up front, if it's a large number of people so you don't get stung. I'm sure no-one would be offended particularly this age range. Thank you ladies, i am always thankful for you guys as i always get loads of good ideas, thanks really! Do you think I will find a 2 for 1 Friday brunch in entertainment vouchers?? Nelsons have Friday brunch for only 165! That's cheap if I have voucher eh! I am planning to do it on July 1 (Friday) as he is leaving on July 4.

How many people and what is yor budget? will you expect that all who attend chip in? If you do this kind of party in a bar it can get very expensive. A friend of mine got really stung as lots of people racked up a huge tab even though they were told that the first two drinks were free and then they would pay after that... Oh good you mentioned this to me, I can't afford to pay everything. And I thought everyone should know they should chip in right?!! We are like 20 to 25 and I expect we will all chip in or pay what you eat? is this decent enough to ask?

Hi Ladies, I am very intrigued and convinced to undergo Thermage this July. I heard the newer version which is the CPT is much better than the old version. I am 28 and just looking to tighten my eye wrinkles as I put a lot eye make up that triggers my eye skin to sag and lose. Does anyone tried it? A lot of people swears to it and it's only 1 time treatment though it's a bit pricey I Reckon. Could you please send me some feedbacks? And where you had it done? I am planning to do it Eternal Med Spa. TIA

I had exactly the same experience with Red Lounge in Discovery Garden. And now they are opening a new branch in Tecom too. The worst ever I am telling you, the technician is not trained well and didn't use sterilized equipments and she even asked someone to do the white line for my French tips bec she can't do it. And the Indian young ladiy who is apparently the manager was shouting and nagging all her staff for being so slow. WOOOW and to end my nightmare I had an infection on my right foot grrrrr I bought a package from them and didn't even bother to finish it!!! the worst ever. I still can't forget it

I had the same situation with you last year and it was the most hurtful and difficult time of my life but now I'm free of pain and I can say- that is the best decision I've ever had. If I didn't break up with him I will not meet my lovely partner now. There's a reason in everything that happen around us. Just hold tight your faith and pray to God- only HIM can help and guide you. Yaaay I'm really getting excited now yahhooooooo :-) since it's fully booked in the desert resort, they have upgraded us in their private beach club!! Which cost 3800 but I got it for only 1380 because of the deal. :-) I am planning to bring my own bottle of wines as I bet it will be very expensive there and since beach club cottages has their own (not sharing) plunge pool (bet it's small but at least it's your own) then all cottages are fronting the beach yeey. I will update this thread after my experience to give you guys feedback. :-)
