Hi Vera How are you, hope you are fully recovered from your ectopic, sad time and having to go through surgery as well. I had an ectopic with my first pregnancy at 8 weeks. I went on to have two healthy babies, my second pregnancy came very quickly after my ectopic, was a very worrying time as it was within a few months and you have the risk of a second ectopic , but thank god it all worked out. Take time to heal yourself physically and mentally and i wish you all the best. My doctor was Dr Koster at healthbay clinic. xx <em>edited by twiglet on 27/03/2012</em>

Thanks guys, kids are will be 6 & 4 by then, they are used to dubai summers, so think we might give it a go. Great idea chants have been looking at resorts close by so we could do early morning and chill later. Have been before but was september without kids, i want to take he boys they will love it, think i am more excited. Bring on disneyland, diseneyworld whatever its called. x

Hi I felt like that also, everywhere i went and still do look at peoples skin. the zinc is made by solgar its for healthy skin and hair, its an antioxidant that boosts your immune system. I wanted B vitamins because i thought maybe my skin was a hormonal change even though all blood tests and investigations were fine. i needed to boost my mood, felt like it was taking over my life, didnt want to go out, snapping at the kids its really hard when its our apperance. I really feel for you. Hi I know how you are feeling i had the same thing last year, and to make it worse acne. I went to see a homopathy discussed things, i felt i was off balance abit hormonal, feeling stressed but alot to do with my hair. I tried everything , went to a medical GP did the usual tests all ok, went to a dermatologist found i was lacking in Vitamin D so had a shot for that apparently it can cause hair loss. I even spent a fortune on keretase products and shower filters was willing to try anything. The Homopath was the best, gave me some tablets to take what she felt i was lacking in, lots of vit b for my mood. It didnt happen over night, but along with alot of lifestyle/diet changes 6 months on, i feel the best i can, spots gone, hairloss has stopped, still thinner but i dont think that can ever be reversed, but thank god it stopped, and i am 22 lbs lighter. i still take a daily supplement from her and daily zinc. I seen her in the Uk over the summer, but hopefully someone could give you a recommendation on here for a homopath. Hope that helps, its such a hard time, its our hair, it was killing me

I had the same thoughts as you but decided to join good habits 8 weeks ago and i have lost 17 pounds so far, went shopping today and i am feeling amazing. Working out and eating healthy, its changed my life this last few weeks. I understand how you feel, if you are happy and healthy why change? I wanted to do it for myself no one else.

Hey Sugarbeach I to have worked with Dr Mathias over the years, he is excellent, great surgeon and person, has great bedside manor which is so missing in the UAE. Your little one will be in safe hands, i have children and i would trust them with Dr Mathias. It comes down to who you are comfortable with, see them both start writing down some questions so you are prepared and you will know what feels right. Its a really hard choice to make when its our children. Thinking of you xxxx

I have been going to Toni & Guy for 10 years, never had a problem, maybe lucky with the stylists i have had, been going to a girl chelsea for couple of years she is fab. Moved to DIFC last few months emirates towers closed down. Girls can i ask who does your colour at grand hyatt?

Hi Ladygodiva Sorry to hear of your struggle, i hav been going through the same thing, went to see a few doctors and they tried to get me to take ro accutane also, finally found a great derm at health bay clinic Dr Reuter, you will love her, go see her, my skin is clearing with her topical treatment, taken a few months but i am seeing the light. stay strong its tough but it will get better xxx
